We had been trying to sell our home with several different Real Estate agents for a year and a half when we decided to try whymls.com. Due to the MLS listing and the Centralized Showing Service (CSS,) agents showing our home to potential buyers were unaware that it was a "By Owner" type listing and showed our home without hesitation.
